PLEASE NOTE
- Coldwell Banker Realty will be covering room and tax for qualified hotel rooms over the official event dates of October 26 – 29, 2025. The expense of any reservation extensions pre or post the official event dates will be the responsibility of the individual booking the room.
- An ID and credit card will be required at hotel check-in to cover any incidentals.
- Fairmont Kea Lani will do their best to accommodate early check-ins but, this is not guaranteed. Please be patient during the check-in process. For any guests whose rooms are not ready, Fairmont Kea Lani will hold your luggage and guests can utilize the registration lobby facilities to change. Please be sure to pack pool attire in your carry on to start your relaxation immediately.
- Fairmont Kea Lani is Hawaii's only all-suite resort. The hotel will do their best to accomodate room type and view requests.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY
- The group rate of $419++ is available 3 days pre/post event dependent on availability to the time of booking.
- Your card will be charged at the time of booking as the hotel ensures there is a valid credit card on file. The charge will be refunded on or before the event.
- All rooms will be booked via a booking link which is provided during the registration process. You will have the opportunity to select which days you would like to check in and out. The rate will appear on the site for the specific day you’re interested in.
TRAVEL INFORMATION
FLIGHT INFORMATION
- Please reserve your flight to Kahului Airport (OGG). OGG is located 17 miles from the Fairmont Kea Lani. Travel time from the airport to hotel is approximately 30 minutes.
- Coldwell Banker Realty will be reimbursing for flights up to $600 for the qualifying agent.
- All agents must book their flights prior to completing the RSVP form. Each qualifier is required to upload their flight receipt during the RSVP process.
- Due to IRS regulations, we are unable to reimburse for any flights that were purchased with miles. Baggage and upgrade fees are also not reimbursable.
- Coldwell Banker Realty will not reimburse any flights if a qualifier cancels.
- A valid photo ID is required to fly to Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui, Hawai’i.
- All reimbursements will be processed after the event concludes.
If your flight is not booked by September 25 at 8am ET your room will be released.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
- We will arrange transportation for each qualifier arriving on Sunday, October 26 and departing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025. This includes any registered and paid guests. Please note that all registered guests must be paid for in advance. Unregistered guests will not be permitted on the transportation.
- Attendees will be grouped together based on arrival and departure times.
- Pick-up information will be communicated to attendees prior to the event via email.
- If an attendee chooses to extend their stay, they will be responsible for booking their own transportation. The hotel's transportation recommendation is either Uber or https://www.viptransmaui.com

What is included in the trip?
Your experience includes:
- Accommodations: Enjoy a three-night stay at Fairmont Kea Lani arriving on Sunday, October 26, and departing on Wednesday, October 29. If you would like to extend your stay, you may indicate your requests during the RSVP process.
- Roundtrip Coach Airfare: Coldwell Banker Realty will be reimbursing for flights up to $600 for the qualifying agent. Agents are responsible for booking their own flight. - Ground Transportation: Roundtrip airport ground transportation between Kahului Airport (OGG) and the Fairmont Kea Lani will be provided for qualifiers and paid guests only.
- Attendees may be grouped together based on arrival and departure times and is only provided over the event dates. This will be arranged once flight receipts are received. No other action is required.
- Networking and Relaxation: Take advantage of the opportunity to network with top agents and relax at this stunning beachside resort.
Please note, all meals outside of the agenda items are at the expense of the attendee.
If I can’t attend, can I send a team member in my place?
Invitations are non-transferrable. If the team lead cannot make the trip, they cannot send anyone in their place.
Can I bring a guest or an additional team member?
Guests are welcome, at your own expense. If you choose to bring a paid guest, the following packages will be available:
- Meals/Evening Events: $600
- Additional Package (Room, all meals, all sessions): $1,900
- Airfare at attendees’ expense for either package.
We ask that only guests who are Coldwell Banker Realty agents attend the general session. Please note, guest flights are not reimbursable.

When should I arrive?
When booking travel, we recommend you plan to arrive at the resort in time for our hosted Welcome Reception, at 4:30 pm on Sunday, October 26.
Do I need a passport to travel to Fairmont Kea Lani?
No, a passport is not required to fly to Fairmont Kea Lani on the Hawaiian island of Maui.
What is the dress code?
Resort casual attire. Think Hawaiian shirts, chinos and linen clothing. Men might lean towards a polo shirt, button-down or collared shirt, while women might opt for summer dresses, skirts, blouses or capris pants.
Will I have free time?
Although this is a business meeting and networking opportunity with your peers, you will have free time to enjoy resort amenities.
