Cherrieann Diaz Joins Coldwell Banker Realty

Diaz brings over 20 years of real estate experience and a strong commitment to excellence. A U.S. Army veteran, she began her career with Century 21 All Islands in 2006, where she earned the Centurion Top Producer Award three times and was named Broker of the Year in 2016.

Following the acquisition of Century 21 by Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Diaz continued to serve as Broker-in-Charge and Assistant Branch Manager. With over $63 million in career sales, she is known for her proven marketing strategies, strong negotiating skills, and dedication to client service.

An active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Honolulu Board of REALTORS®, and Certified Residential Council, Diaz also volunteers with organizations supporting homeless veterans and families in need.
