MIKE JAMES

A real estate veteran with decades of experience, Mike James is the President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Hawaii. In this position, he oversees nearly 500 independent sales associates and staff.
Formerly an award-winning branch manager with the company, James is dedicated to providing personal and professional guidance as well as encouragement to sales associates.
Licensed as an agent in 1989, James joined Cornish & Carey, a top regional real estate company in the Bay Area and was a member of the distinguished top 100 as a sales associate. After joining Coldwell Banker®, he managed numerous offices, most notably in Saratoga, which was named the No. 2 office in the nation under his leadership.
After serving as Senior Vice President of the San Francisco Bay Area, James was appointed President of Coldwell Banker in Hawaii, in 2012. The Hawaii company subsequently was restructured, and James’ role as president was expanded to the San Francisco Bay area and later the Sacramento/Tahoe area. James is a member of the Hawaii Board of Realtors®.
JENNIFER LIND
Regional President | West
Jennifer Lind is the Regional President of Coldwell Banker Realty, overseeing operations across California, Washington, Oregon, and Hawaii. She leads more than 115 offices and over 9,300 independent agents, exemplifying excellence and innovation in real estate leadership.
Lind became President of Coldwell Banker Realty in Northern California in 2020, guiding the company to over $22.6 billion in sales volume. Her collaborative leadership style and strategic vision led to her promotion to Regional President in 2023.
Before joining Coldwell Banker, Lind was Senior Vice President at Windermere Real Estate, where she managed franchise operations for 70 owners, 120 offices, and 3,400 agents in Western Washington. Under her leadership, the region achieved 40,000 transactions and $23 billion in volume.
She also served as Vice President of Business Strategy at John L. Scott Real Estate, leading strategic growth, marketing, and luxury initiatives across 110 offices and 3,000 agents in the Pacific Northwest. Her background as an agent, manager, and franchise owner fuels her relationship-driven approach.
Licensed since 2003, Lind holds Certified Negotiation Expert and C2EX certifications and has served on the National Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors. She actively supports community organizations including Ronald McDonald House, Volunteers of America, Feeding America, and Humble Design.

Director, Global Luxury Hawaii
Patti Nakagawa is the Global Luxury Director at Coldwell Banker Realty-Hawaii, where she leads over 100 luxury property specialists and has guided the Oahu team since 2008. Starting with the company in 2003 as broker-in-charge of the Honolulu office, she helped it become Hawaii’s top-producing branch. Patti brings over 40 years of experience in sales, operations, and marketing, including senior roles at DFS Hawaii. She holds multiple real estate designations and has actively contributed to industry organizations and committees. A University of Hawaii alumna, Patti is also a mentor, Toastmasters leader, and passionate about travel, pickleball, and the ukulele, cherishing time with her family.

Field Marketing Manager
Richelle Abiang is a marketing professional with over 20 years at Coldwell Banker, combining her business degree in Marketing and Art from the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a strong creative and analytical skillset. Known for her personalized approach, she collaborates closely with agents to tailor marketing strategies that drive success. Her deep knowledge of company tools and technology, along with her problem-solving abilities and creative insight, make her a dynamic and results-driven asset to the team.
KELLY BOTELHO
Field Administrative Manager
Kelly Botelho was born and raised in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawai’i. She earned her Associate of Science degree in Administrative Assistant from Pierce College Fort Steilacoom in Lakewood, Washington. She began her career with Coldwell Banker Realty in 2005 as a Receptionist and worked her way up to the position she holds now as Field Operations Manager. She has a daughter that she has raised on her own and enjoys being a part of all of her extra-curricular activities. Kelly also enjoys watching movies, cooking, music and attending community events.
