Hao In Kuan Joins Coldwell Banker Realty

Kuan brings a strong background in real estate, architecture, design, and marketing, offering a refined and thoughtful approach to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. Prior to entering real estate sales, she served as a marketing consultant for Honolulu developers, launching iconic projects such as Victoria Place, The Park Ward Village, Ko‘ula, Al‘ali‘i, and Azure Ala Moana. Her expertise spans marketing initiatives, digital innovation, contract negotiations, and luxury sales events. She also gained architectural insight through work with award-winning San Francisco–based Heller Manus Architects.

Originally from Macau, Kuan’s bilingual and multicultural background provides an international perspective. After moving to O‘ahu, she earned her BFA in Design from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa, deepening her creative foundation and connection to the islands.

Beyond real estate, Kuan contributes her design and consulting expertise to community projects such as the Lili‘uokalani Center for Native Hawaiian youth. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring local businesses, and spending time with family and friends.
