Martin brings more than two decades of experience at the highest levels of executive search, having founded and led The Martin Group, where she built lasting relationships with some of the world’s most recognized technology companies, including Intuit, Facebook, Amazon, and Tesla. Throughout her career, she specialized in placing senior finance and human resources executives, developing a reputation for professionalism, integrity, responsiveness, strategic negotiation, and deep market expertise.

Before transitioning into executive search, Martin worked in higher education administration at George Washington University and Georgetown University. She later earned an MBA in Finance from George Washington University and served as a management consultant with Accenture in San Francisco, further strengthening her analytical and client-focused approach.

A longtime admirer of Hawaii, Martin has maintained a special connection to Honolulu since 1984. Decades of visits and personal real estate experiences inspired her to pursue a career helping others achieve their property goals.
