Scott Awaya Joins Coldwell Banker Realty
HONOLULU–Coldwell Banker Realty is pleased to announce that Scott Awaya Jr., REALTOR®, RS-87592, has joined the firm in its Diamond Head-Kahala office as an independent agent.
Born and raised in Honolulu, Scott is a graduate of University Laboratory School and brings a strong work ethic built through his career as a full-time journeyman and foreman with a local plumbing and mechanical contracting company. After earning his real estate license in 2025, he joined Coldwell Banker Realty to further develop his skills and partner with Cameron Chan and John Fortuno as he grows his real estate business.
Scott is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership goals and looks forward to combining his construction knowledge with his commitment to outstanding service. His long-term vision includes building and selling homes while establishing a successful real estate career.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife, their eight children, and their Rottweiler, Ruckus. His interests include youth sports, jiu-jitsu, and wrestling.
